- MakaleYalnız künye2013Hiyerarşik Varlık Algısından Ontolojik Varlık Algısına Geçişin İmkânı
Kahraman, Yakup

It has been carried on until today. As well as the works that have been performed in West since the Ancient Greek Period, The Islamic World have submitted many precious works in aforementioned topic. One of those who submitted precious works for political theory and politic system classification was Ibn Khaldun. He, with the light of his experience and observations as someone who have taken part in politic life itself, has examined politic systems that could have been considered as beyond from his era. While the politic system classification has decreased to minimum with the theoratic thought came into prominence in the middle age of the west, In Islamic World, Researching the political systems which have been submitted by Ibn Khaldun without depending on the absolute theoratic thoughts keeps this essay valuable. In this respect, the very place of Ibn Khaldun in social sciences is considered primarily. Afterward, The concepts of State, Relationship and Presidency-Estate which are irrevocable for his politic theory are elaborated. Finally, Politic system classification of Ibn Khaldun, The basic contect, is studied generaly. Ibn Khaldun bisects them as theoratic based system and Estate based system whilke secting political systems. He also generalizes Estate based policy in two main topics as absolute estate and politic estate. What Ibn Khaldun named and idealized administration method as a theoratic based policy is Caliphate or Imamate.

Sarıtaş, Kamil
Ahmed Ziyauddin Gumushanevi is one of the most important 19th century’s mysticals. Human is centrally located in his the idea of İslam and mystic philosophy. He tries to put forward how the ideal human should be. While he performs this purpose, he refers to not only human’s excellent properties, but also human’s incomplete properties. In this sense, it can be said that he handles human realistically. But, as it is understood his vision of sharia, sect, the truth, the gnostic, it is possible to express that he is concentrated the idealistic understanding of human. Human in Gumushanevi is an existantwho tries to make sense himself, the other and The Created in the cosmological plane. Also, human is a physical and a metaphysical existant whotakes over responsibility in his actions, loves whole existence, tries to make sense of all beings with knowledge. While characteristics of nafs are running away human from himself and God, characteristics of soul canalize human into goodness and God, heart and nous serve as a balance. Gumushanevi categorized the people according to ethics, faith, consciousness and the rise of soul. Koroglu, Cemile Zehra
The modern concept of the public sphere is expressed via the understanding of the public sphere which emerged after the 18th century. In this sense, it is possible to mention many debates regarding the public sphere which suggest different models. However, in our study within the framework of Hebermas, it has followed that the common principles and ideas of the modern public sphere have critical approaches previously unexplored. The principles of the modern publicsphere are determined within the framework of understanding man, universe, and society as determined by the idea of enlightenment. Since the modern public sphere is considered as a sphere for political purposes, it also has roots in the legitimacy of modern politicaland legal systems. Therefore, a concensus on the political issues being discussed in the public sphere. To reach definitive conclusions and conduct public negotiations correctly, it has been determined the basic principles of participants must be individuals with a rational mind. Beginning with the universality of mind, the universality of the public sphere is targeted. Modern public sphereres present universal values in which an exclusive and unequal character for many social groups which do not have these principles and values. Therefore, discussion and criticisms of the public sphere in the modern era have always been on the agenda. In addition to individual criticisms, different criticisims of a variety of philosophical and social movements on modern public sphere can be mentioned. However, criticisms from the perspective of postmodern feminism and religion are important as they are criticisms for the foundation of the public sphere. Although these three approaches are verydifferent from each other, they share similar points of criticism and even provide legitimacy for each other. Although religion and postmodernism criticizes the understanding of the enlightened and rational mind, the human universe, and secularity, feminism criticizes the determination of modern public spheres by men. Each perspective regarding criticism and legitimacy are different; however, the roads can cross on the critique of the modern public sphere

Doğan, Kadir Caner; Yilmaz, Nihat
One of the most important problems of current societies is the problem of ethics. It is not easy to solve this ethics problem in societies where it is not considered in terms of certain moral concerns orconcerns about moral problems are not seriously considered. If the problem of ethics is present in a societal system or, more importantly, in a rulership which has the monopoly of using legitimate powers, more serious problems can be faced. Undoubtedly, the most effective tool for politicians to avoid unethic behavior or overcoming corruption in a general sense is political ethics. In the sense of politic ethics, Max Weber’s work “Politics as a Vocation” in the year 1919 where in Weber made ethic classification and explanations on political function of ethics is an important work which should especially be read by current politicians and still keeps its currency. As a matter of fact, in this declaration, the foundation is, firstly, how Weber defines the concept of “ethics”, and how the relationship between ethics and politics is established according to Weber. Information is provided as to how political newcomers should be acting, and in this sense, the duo of “ethics of belief” and “ethics of responsibility”, which holds an important place on how explanation of the relationship between ethics and politics, is touched upon.

Sarıtaş, Kamil
The first Islamic philosopher al-Kindi (Alchindus) is also the first thinker interested in nous problem in Islamic Philosophy. Whether the source of his nous theory is; it is the idea of him or not, is a disputable subject. We determined that al-Kindi developed ideas peculiar to himself in his nous theory in addition to benefiting from the most important theorists Aristoteles and Alexander of Aphrodisias before him. From this point of view, we can define al-Kindi as the first Islamic philosopher who put forward his nous theory in a way peculiar to himself by paying great attention to Aristotelian tradition.
