Human is one of the common grounds of almost every science, art, philosophy or religion. Because human actively takes part in all of these areas with his/her thoughts, knowledge, design and belief. With inspiration of this enormous creativity, human has given himself/herself a number of priorities. Human rights are also at the top of these privileges. Human rights essentially emphasize that human makes himself/herself special, important and sheltered. One of the most contentious aspects of the field is that the ideals on this issue collide with reality. This dilemma opens the question of the validity of human rights. Because if human being is human as long as he/she lives his/her rights, when they are not fully realized, war against his/her human and social existence has been waged. Another point at least as striking as this is that human does this to himself/herself again. Human uses his rights as a shield against himself/herself or the structures such as society and the state which is created by himself/herself. According to all these, human rights have been at the head of critical and indispensable problems from yesterday to today. Therefore, this article is written as a compilation that invites people to rethink human rights on the 70th anniversary of its announcement.

Individual and society had been evaluated with factors which are out of body for the recent past. Individuals who construct and promote social by their economic, social and cultural acts performed these acts as if their bodies are non-exist. On the other hand, society was generally associated with status and roles, hierarchies, various functions and conflicts of individuals. In this manner, sociology missed reality and value of the body and so as if it designs abstract individuals and societies. However, body is an essential level to live and institutionalize basic social relations. Any individuals cannot socialize and create social units without their bodies. In this sense, body nearly equals to social individual and it constitutes one of the smallest parts of the society. Therefore to separate body which has biological as well as cultural character from social individuals and structures and to make sociology without body does not appear possible. Sociology of the body investigates the inseparable association between individual and society. Development of the field is directly related with fluctuations, functions and positions of body in modern society. In this direction, why is body value? What are the measures to determine value of the body? Does body in what kind of change process within historical/social context? Does this actualize with which developments and what does this come with? This kind of questions summarize that how and why have sociology of the body been done?.

Existence and continuity of social structure is dependent on unrivaled conditions. Necessity of continuance of society as healthily is the most important of these conditions. In this regard health resembles compulsory life insurance for society. Therefore health-oriented studies have continued thereby specializing, gaining autonomy and increasing until today. Medicine constitutes important part of the health studies. Medicine as a necessary science, a professional occupation and interfering power about diseases and health maintains its importance. So opinion that diseases and health must be completely looked from medicine front is inferred. This opinion consolidates medical monopoly in healthcare field. Physicians and medicine have nearly all drugs of diseases and health. The opinion which is right but deficit gets health into medical world. In fact health is not only medical subject. Especially in recent years, changing structure of diseases and health and renewal approach toward them confirm existing changes. For example list of diseases have been rapidly updated, some diseases has been added and some others has been canceled to the list. Similarly thoughts originating from health always develop and go into more depth. Margin of inequality becomes clearer in health. Main causes of this situation can be connected with advances in science or rapid technological progress. However the essential connection occurs between renewed social development, life standard and transformation of medical paradigm. Cultural face of health which has already existed since before now becomes more apparent with modern social life. At the same time, medicine loosens inclination of retention of health by it and it makes further room for sociological side of the health. Sociology also exists in health from now on. This article views relevant chance in health. This change is concerned with medicine, society, sociology, and sociology of health. Therefore judgment of 'the address of diseases and health is not only medicine, but also sociology' reflects main argument of this article.

Social relations, social systems and the overall integrity of the so-called social structure, containing many elements of a great partnership. Social structure, as well as a variety of relative stability and unity of opposites, incorporates the conflicts and inequalities. One of the most important of these are based on her gender discrimination and wrongful identification, positioning, and applications. In this sense, corresponds to the type of socially produced biologically female 'female' sex, exists mainly as an example. Femininity, most completely innate and natural, not artificially created, and subsequently Gender discrimination can be found in virtually all countries of the world. Discrimination has existed in the past, continues to this day. Indicators and severity vary from society to society, but to happen. Turkey, one of the countries that experienced a significant gender-based discrimination womanhood. Woman, 'for social sex' in Turkey, the other dozens of existing lead. Female gender as a theoretical speculations in the case of this study will be defined, explained and emphasized femininity inequalities experienced. Biological gender discrimination will be dealt with first in this direction. Live in societies that certain practices such as discrimination, then what will be discussed. Then, the flow in the general historical context of gender discrimination in the world and in Turkey will be discussed in a matter of femininity. As a result, the overall situation of women in Turkey exhibited and interpreted.
