Özet

The study attempts to reveal the direct or/and the indirect physical effects of mobbing behaviors (the psychological violence) on employees. The research model which posits the psychological effects as the mediator variable tested via the data drawn from 1187 health employees. Consequently, it is found that the psychological effects mediate the relationship between mobbing behaviors (direct, indirect, and explicit) and physiological effects. The model also applied to organizational positions namely, physicians, nurses, administrative staff, outsources staff and the other health staff. Accordingly, when the data suggest the mediator role of physiological effects is partially valid for nurses, outsourced staff, and the other health staff, it does not suggest any mediator role for physicians or/and the administrative staff. In addition, the exposed mobbing behaviors and the effects of mobbing have different aspects.
