Özet

The aim of this study; to examine the effect of job burnout on work-family conflict for female professional accountants for this purpose, a model was created and tested using the structural equation model. Three hypotheses were created for the test of the model and a questionnaire was applied to the female accountants working in TR90 (Artvin, Giresun, Ordu, Gumushane, Trabzon and Rize). As a research scale, “Maslach Burnout Scale” that developed by Maslach and Jackson (1981) and “Work-Family Conflict Scale” that developed by Netemeyer vd. (1996) was used. According to the results of the analysis, it can be said that personal success, which is one of the sub-dimensions of job burnout, increases work-family conflict to a great extent. In addition, emotional exhaustion and depersonalization which are dimensions of job burnout increase the work-family conflict.
