Psikonsal töz olarak ruh ve bedenle ilişkisi

Modern bilim ve genetikteki birtakım gelişmeler ruha atfedilen bazı özelliklere ortak oluşuyla dikkatleri üzerine çekmiştir. Bu durum genler ve davranışlar arasında insan psikolojisi ve ruhu açısından nasıl bir ilişkinin olduğu meselesini gündeme getirmiştir. Çalışma ruhun ıstılahi anlamdaki tanımlarından yola çıkarak, günümüz genetik bilimi ve belirli gen karakterleri ve özellikleri bağlamında ruhun bedenle (genlerle) olan ilişkisini incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla da çalışmada ruh-beden ilişkisi, ruha yüklenen manalar ve davranış karakterleri gibi insan fiillerinin genlerden ve ruhtan nasıl etkilendiği ve nasıl bir etkileşim içinde oldukları tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Ruh kavramı birçok ilmi disiplin tarafından farklı yönleriyle ele alınıp tanımlanmıştır. Çalışma bu farklı yönleri değerlendirme çabası içerisinde olmakla beraber kelami olarak kuşatıcı bir ruh tanımını da hedeflemektedir. Bu kuşatıcı ruh tanımının kabulüyle birlikte birçok ilmi disiplinin şehadeti ve gözlemleriyle desteklenen hem kapsamlı hem de özel olan bir ruh anlayışı modeli de ortaya konulmuştur. Bu model ruhun bedenle etkileşim içinde bulunan bir varlık ve maddi bir gerçeklik olduğu iddiasını da içinde barındırmaktadır. Elbette bu sadece birçok ilmi disiplinden yararlanma çabası içinde ileri sürülen bir modeldir. Çalışmada "psikonsal tözsel ruhsal gerçeklik" şeklinde ifade edilen bu modelin etkileşimli ruh-beden ılımlı düalizm görüşüne daha yakın olduğu söylenebilir. Çalışma, ruhun mahiyetine dair kesin bir durum tespiti ve son nokta koymak iddiasında değildir. Nihai hedef insanın ruh, bilinç ve irade sahibi yaratıcısına ve topluma karşı sorumlu olan, genlerinin ya da çevresinin esiri, otomat bir varlık olmadığını birçok ilmi disiplinden yararlanarak vurgulanmaktır. Ayrıca ruhsal cevherin insanın bedeni ve davranışları üzerinde etkisi olan ilahi (metafizik) bir değere sahip olduğu da dile getirilmiştir.

The developments in genetics drew attention with the common features attributed to the soul. This situation has brought up the issue of what kind of a relationship there is between genes and behaviors in terms of human psychology and spirit. The study examined the relationship between the soul and the body by considering the definitions of the soul in the context of the characteristics of the gene characters. For this purpose, the soul-body relationship, the meanings attributed to the soul and how human actions are affected by the genes and the soul and how they interact are examined in this study. The concept of soul has been handled and defined in different aspects by many scientific disciplines. While the study tries to evaluate these different aspects, it also aims at a theologically encompassing definition of spirit. With the acceptance of this encompassing definition of soul, a comprehensive and specific model of soul understanding, supported by the observations of many scientific disciplines, has been put forward. This model claims that the soul is an entity that interacts with the body. This model, which is expressed as "psychonel substantial spiritual reality" in the study, is close to the interactive soul-body moderate dualism. The ultimate goal is the metaphysical aspect of man; The aim is to emphasize by making use of many scientific disciplines that he is not an automaton, a captive of his genes or his sphere, responsible to his creator and society, who has a soul, awareness and will.
