İlköğretim (2.kademe) öğrencilerinin, madde bağımlılığı ile mücadelesinde okul sosyal hizmeti'nin önemi

Madde bağımlılığı ile mücadelede önleyici ve koruyucu bir uygulama alanı olan okul sosyal hizmetinin önemi bu çalışma ile ortaya konulmuştur. Araştırmamız ülkemizde henüz pilot uygulamaları yapılan okul sosyal hizmetinin tüm okullarımızda hayata geçirilmesi için gerekli teorik bilgi ve bilimsel verilerin temininde yardımcı bir başvuru kaynağı olacaktır. Madde bağımlılık yaşının giderek İlköğretim 1. kademeye kadar düştüğü günümüzde, bu konuda yapılan çalışmaların yetersiz olduğu literatür taramasında ortaya çıkmıştır. Okullarımızda okul sosyal hizmet birimlerinin kurularak aktif olarak çalışması ile, madde bağımlılığını önlemedeki başarısı araştırılmış, erken yaş madde bağımlılığının önlenmesinde başarılı sonuçların alınacağı saptanmıştır. Çalışmanın teorik kısmında detaylı bir literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Sadece bireysel değil toplumsal bir sorun olan madde bağımlılığının önlenmesinde Şiran ilçemizde görev yapan öğretmen ve yöneticilerimizin görüş ve önerileri doğrultusunda eğitim ve öğretim faaliyetlerine yeni çözüm odaklı katkı sağlama hedef edinilmiştir. Yapılan araştırma sonucunda madde bağımlılığının erken yaşlarda önlenilmesi gerektiğinin önemi anlaşılmıştır. Bu sebeple okullar bünyesinde hayata geçirilecek okul sosyal hizmet birimlerinin gerekliliği ortaya konulmuş, madde bağımlılığının önlenmesinde önemli bir kilit rol oynayacağı belirlenmiştir.

In today's world, the age of substance abuse has gradually decreased to the first level of primary education, and it has been revealed in the literature review that the studies on this subject are insufficient. In a consequence of establishment and active working of social school service units in our schools, its success in preventing substance abuse has been investigated, and it has been determined that successful results will be obtained in preventing early age drug addiction. In the theoretical part of the study, a detailed literature review was made. In order to prevent substance abuse that is not only an individual problem but a social problem, it is aimed to contribute to education and training activities with a new solution oriented approach, in line with the opinions and suggestions of our teachers and administrators working in our district, Şiran. As a result of the research, it was understood the importance of preventing substance abuse at an early age. fob this reason, the necessity of school service units, which will be implemented within the schools, has been revealed and it determined that will play an important key role in the prevention of substance abuse.
