Effect of examination and inspection method on children’s comprehension of stories

To better clarify stories which have been used in education dated from earliest civilizations for children is an important step for Turkish lessons. It is thought that examination and inspection study benefits for consideration of stories and an experimental study was done on this topic. In this study, differences between two different methods of examination of story and which method is more efficient for comprehension of story are wanted to examine. In consequence of the study that uses pretesting and proof positive and control group experimental method, it is seen that story map method is more influential than classical examination method for students’ comprehension of stories
