The study was carried out in a special production enterprise which is performing the furniture manufacturing with 340 employees in Ankara. The data were obtained from the questionnaire form from 230 employees. Findings – It was observed that spiritual well-being had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (β = 0.562, p <0.05). Discussion – Research shows that the meaning of the job and appreciation of the employee positively affect the organizational citizenship behavior. The fact that the research is carried out through a single sector is an important constraint that prevents the generalization of the results. In the subsequent studies, it is envisaged that the results will be diversified and generalized by repeating the research in different sectors.
