The effect of work ethıcs on job satısfactıon: samplıng of employees on publıc ınstıtutıons on gümüşhane

Work ethics determine that staff how to do what's in the workplace, how to behave in different situations, how interpersonal relations should be, in what way would the employee-manager relationship. Job satisfaction is employee's pleasing about job or job-related activities, in other words, a condition resulting in a positive emotional attitude. In this research, the effect of work ethics on job satisfaction is investigated. For this aim, with simple random sampling method, it was selected 235 people from public institutions on Gümüşhane and 223 of them were included in research. As a result of this research, it was specified that work ethics has a positive effect on job satisfaction
