Borsa İstanbul'da kayıtlı çimento işletmelerinin finansal performans analizi üzerine bir uygulama

İnsanlık tarih boyunca, hayatta kalmak için su ve gıdanın ardından en çok barınmaya ihtiyaç bilinmektedir. Barınma evrim süreci, insanların yaşam alanlarının mağaralardan lüks binalara kadar dönüştüğünü bu konunun önemini göstermektedir. Günümüzde sudan sonra, çimento barınma ihtiyaçlarının giderilmesi konusunda insan tarafından kullanılan en yaygın olduğu bilinmektedir. Yıllık 4 milyar ton üretim ile bu alana büyük yatırım yapılmaktadır. Türkiye, bu sektörün önde gelen oyuncularından biri ve en büyük kullanıcıları, üreticileri ve ihracatçılardan olarak büyük bir sermaye bu endüstri üzerinde harcamıştır. Çimento üreten şirketler artık İstanbul Borsası'nda kayıtlanmış ve herkes bu büyük şirketlerin hisselerini alabildiği bilinmektedir. Bu nedenle bu şirketlerin finansal performansı hem hissedarlar hem de Türkiye geneli için büyük bir öneme sahiptir. Bu çalışmada, bu şirketlerin 2019, 2020 ve 2021 yıllarındaki finansal performanslarını analiz etmeye çalışılmaktadır. Bu analizde kullanılan veriler, Bursa İstanbul internet sitesinden elde edilmiştir. Kriterlerin ağırlıklarını belirlerken ENTROPİ yöntemi kullanılmış, şirketlerin sıralaması ise TOPSIS ve VİCOR yöntemleri ile yapılmıştır.

It is known that throughout history, humanity has needed shelter most, after water and food, to survive. The process of shelter evolution, where people's living spaces have transformed from caves to luxury buildings, shows the importance of this issue. Today, after water, cement is known to be the most widely used by humans to meet their shelter needs. With an annual production of 4 billion tons, large investments are made in this field. Turkey, as one of the leading players in this sector and one of the largest users, producers and exporters, has spent a large amount of capital on this industry. Cement producing companies are now registered on the Istanbul Stock Exchange and it is known that everyone can buy shares of these large companies. Therefore, the financial performance of these companies is of great importance for both shareholders and Turkey in general. This study attempts to analyze the financial performance of these companies in 2019, 2020 and 2021. The data used in this analysis was obtained from the Bursa Istanbul website. The ENTROPY method was used to determine the weights of the criteria, and the ranking of the companies was made using the TOPSIS and VICOR methods.
