Sağlık bilgi sistemleri kapsamında bulunan E-nabız bilgi sisteminin kullanıcılar açısından değerlendirilmesi

Teknolojinin gelişmesi birçok alanda gelişmeleri sağlamıştır. Teknolojiden en çok faydalanan alanlardan biride sağlık alanıdır. Böylelikle sağlık bilgi sistemlerinin de gelişmesine olanaklar sağlanmıştır. Sağlık alanında gelişmeler oldukça mobil sağlık uygulamaları da artmaya başlamıştır. Bu çalışmada mobil sağlık uygulamalarında biri olan e-nabız uygulamasının vatandaşlar açısından değerlendirmelerin yapılıp, yapısal eşitlik modellemesi ile istatistiksel olarak incelemeler yapılması hedeflenmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemi İstanbul ilindeki 501 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre Teknoloji Kabul Modelinde kolaylaştırıcı koşullar, uyum ve güven algıda kullanım kolaylığını pozitif yönde etkilerken, endişe ve zaman algıda kullanım kolaylığını negatif yönde etkilemektedir. E-nabız Bilgi Sistemlerindeki kolaylaştırıcı koşullar, uyum, zaman ve algıda kullanım kolaylığı algılanan faydayı pozitif yönde etkilerken, endişe ve güven algıda faydayı negatif yönde etkilemektedir. Devamındaysa algılanan fayda ve algıda kullanım kolaylığı tutumu negatif yönde, tutum niyeti pozitif yönde, niyet davranışı negatif yönde etkilediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bu sonuçlar ışığında e-nabız uygulamasıyla ilgili kullanıcıların olumlu veya olumsuz değerlendirmeleri görülmektedir. The development of technology has led to developments in many areas. One of the areas that benefit the most from technology is the healthcare field. Thus, opportunities were provided for the development of health information systems. As the developments in the field of health increase, mobile health applications have started to increase. In this study, it is aimed to evaluate the e-pulse application, which is one of the mobile health applications, from the point of view of citizens, and to make statistical analyzes with structural equation modeling. The sample of the research consists of 501 people in Istanbul. According to the results of the analysis, while facilitating conditions, harmony and trust affect the ease of use in perception positively, anxiety and time affect the ease of use in perception negatively. While facilitating conditions in E-pulse Information Systems, harmony, ease of use in time and perception affect the perceived benefit positively, anxiety and trust affect the perceived benefit negatively. Afterwards, it was concluded that the perceived usefulness and ease of use in perception affect the attitude negatively, the attitude intention positively, and the intention behavior negatively. In the light of these results, positive or negative evaluations of users regarding the e-pulse application are seen.
