Duygusal zeka alt boyutlarının iş etiği üzerindeki etkisi: Muhasebe meslek mensupları üzerine bir araştırma

Bu çalışmanın amacı duygusal zekâ alt boyutlarından kişisel farkındalık, kişiler arası ilişkiler, şartlara ve çevreye uyum, genel ruh hali ve stres yönetiminin iş etiği üzerindeki etkisini incelemektir. Araştırmada kullanılan ölçeklerin güvenilirliklerinde Cronbach Alfa Katsayısı yöntemi geçerliliklerinde ise Keşfedici Faktör Analizi kullanılmıştır. Ölçeklerin güvenilirlik ve geçerlilikleri belirlendikten sonra araştırma hipotezleri, Yapısal Eşitlik Modeli ile test edilmiştir. Analiz bulgularına göre; kişisel farkındalık, kişiler arası ilişkiler, şartlara ve çevreye uyum, stres yönetimi ve genel ruh hali iş etiği üzerine pozitif yönde bir etkiye sahip olmadığı söylenebilir.

The aim of this study is to develop a structural model and to test this model to examine the effect of emotional intelligence sub-dimonsions personal awareness, interpersonal relationships, adaptability, stress management, general mood on work ethics. In the reliability of the scales used in the research, the Cronbach Alpha coefficient method was used for the validity of the Exploratory Factor Anlysis. After the reliability and validity of the scales were determined, the research hypotheses were tested with the Structural Equation Model. According to the findings of the analysis; it can be said that there isn't positive influence on personal awareness, interpersonal relations, conditions and environment, stress management and general mood.
