Özet

One of the most basic features of sufi literature is the tradition of nazira (parallel) poems composed by sufi poets as a source of pride, with the influence of predecessor-successor relationship. One of the striking examples of this tradition is the poems, in which the word of "geldim" repeats, by Eşrefoğlu Rumi, Sünbül Sinan and Niyazi Misri. The present study aims to compare these poems in terms of the tradition in question. The study includes an introduction and four sections. The history of tradition of nazira in sufi poetry is summarized in the introduction. The first section presents a discussion on the practice of nazira. The relation between nazira-intertextuality and comparative literature is explained in the second chapter while the relationship between that tradition and repeated word is dealt with in the third section. In the last chapter, a comparison of these poems in terms of structure, style and content is made.
