It is observed that all organizational employees in the service sector are worn out both physically and mentally while performing their jobs. It is known that especially the personnel working in the health sector are constantly intertwined with people due to their jobs. In this context, this study aims to reveal the relationship between the psychological well-being of health and work engagement of health workers. At the same time, the effect of psychological well-being on employees' work engagement has also been the subject of research. 166 of the 190 health workers reached by snowball sampling from the health personnel working in the provinces in the Eastern Black Sea region were included in the study. Research data were obtained through an online-survey. For the analysis of the data, descriptive, correlation and regression analyzes were performed using the SPSS Statistics 22 program. The results suggest that there is a positive moderately significant relationship between psychological well-being of health workers and work engagement, and that psychological well-being of health workers have a positive effect on the work engagement.
