Bu çalışmanın amacı, üretim maliyetlerinin firma verimliliği üzerindeki etkisinde üretim \rkayıplarının rolünü belirlemektir. Bu doğrultuda, bir model geliştirilmiş ve test edilmiştir. \rModelin test edilmesi için iki hipotez oluşturulmuş ve Denizli İli Tekstil Sektöründe faaliyet \rgösteren 193 tekstil işletmesine anket uygulanmıştır. Hipotezlerin test edilmesinde yapısal \reşitlik modeli kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analiz bulgularına göre; üretim maliyetlerinin firma \rverimliliği üzerinde doğrudan etkisinin negatif yönde ve yüksek oranda olduğu, aracı rol \rolarak üretim kayıpları dikkate alındığında ise bu etkinin belirli bir oranda düşüş gösterdiği \rsöylenebilmektedir. Bu sonuç doğrultusunda üretim kayıplarının firma verimliliğini ciddi \ranlamda etkilediği ifade edilebilmektedir.

The main purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality on consumersatisfaction. For this purpose, a model has been created by applying questionnaires to 205 companiesoperating in Gumushane. The structural equation model was used for the model's test. According tothe companies included in the scope of the research, it can be said that the quality of service receivedfrom professional accountants positively affects customer satisfaction. In addition, it can be said thatthe tangible which is sub-dimensions of service quality has the greatest effect on customer satisfaction.
