İmalat işletmelerinin çevre koruma uygulamalarının performanslarına etkisinin belirlenmesi

Dünyadaki hızlı nüfus artışı ve buna paralel olarak üretim hacimlerinin gittikçe artış göstermesi bir dizi değişikliği de beraberinde getirdi. İklimsel değişikliklerin günlük hayatta gittikçe etkisini hissettirmesi iş yapma şekillerinde değişimi ve koruyucu önlemlerin ortaya çıkmasında etkili oldu. Bazı çevre uygulamaları işletmelerin seçimine bırakılmışken diğer bazı temel uygulamalar yasalaştırılarak devlet güvencesine alınmıştır. İşletmelerin üretimlerinde çevreye duyarlı malzemeler kullanmaları, temiz enerji ya da atık yönetimi gibi uygulamalar ilk bakışta maliyetleri arttıran unsurlar olarak görünse de uzun vadede işletmelere pek çok avantaj sağlamaktadır. Akademik çalışmalarda işletmelerin son yıllarda çevre koruma uygulamaları ile elde ettikleri yararların oldukça fazla tartışıldığı bir dönemden geçmekteyiz. Literatürde özellikle işletmelerin performansına yaptığı olumlu etkileri destekleyecek dünyanın farklı noktasında yapılmış pek çok çalışma bulunmaktadır. Yapılan çalışmada bu pozitif etkilerin hedef kütleyi oluşturan TRA 1 Düzey 2 Bölgesi'nde yer alan Erzurum, Erzincan ve Bayburt illerinde faaliyet gösteren ve çevreye yönelik politikaları ya da çalışmaları olan imalat işletmelerinde de olup olmadığı araştırılmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklem sayısı kolayda örnekleme yöntemi ile belirlenmiştir. Örneklemden gerekli veriler anket yöntemi kullanılarak oluşturulmuş. Araştırmadan elde edilen veriler Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi için AMOS 22 ve tanımlayıcı istatistikler, korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri için SPSS 22.0 paket programları kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir

The rapid population growth in the world and the parallel increase in production volumes brought some changes. Especially the change of climate in the world and the effect of this change in daily life more and more has been effective in the change in the way of doing business and the emergence of protective measures. While some environmental practices were left to the choice of enterprises, on the contrary, some other basic practices were enacted and taken under state guarantee. Although the use of environmentally friendly materials in the production of enterprises, applications such as clean energy or waste management may seem to increase the costs of the enterprises at first glance, they provide many advantages to the enterprises in the long run. In academic studies, we are going through a period in which the benefits of environmental protection practices in recent years are discussed more. It was also investigated whether these positive effects exist in manufacturing enterprises operating in the provinces of Erzurum, Erzincan and Bayburt, which constitute the target mass of this study, and which have environmental policies or studies. The sample number of the study was determined by convenience sampling method. The necessary data from the sample were created using the survey method. The data obtained from the research were analyzed using AMOS 22 for Confirmatory Factor Analysis and SPSS 22.0 for descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analysis.
