Kamu personelleri finansal okuryazarlık düzeylerinin otomatik katılım sistemi'nden ayrılma eğilimine etkisi: Erzincan iline yönelik bir uygulama

Türkiye'de 2001 yılında uygulanmaya başlanan Bireysel Emeklilik Sistemi ile birlikte, 01.01.2017 tarihi itibariyle yurtiçi tasarruf oranlarının artırılması ve bireylerin aktif dönemdeki gelir seviyelerini korumak amacıyla Otomatik Katılım Sistemi'ne geçilmiştir. Otomatik Katılım Sistemi ile kamu ve özel sektörde çalışan 45 yaş altındaki tüm çalışanlar kademeli olarak sisteme dâhil edilmiş ve edilmektedir. Bu çalışmada kamu personellerinin finansal okuryazarlık düzeyini ölçen ve bu doğrultuda yeni bir sistem olan Otomatik Katılım Sistemi'nde kamu personellerinin sistemde kalma ve sistemden ayrılma eğilimleri anket yöntemi ile belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır.
