SIGMA program as a Europeanization tool for European Union member candidate states and European Administrative Space

Despite absence of a standard model of public administration in European Union, there are regulatory standards which enable member and candidate states to acquire good governance practices. Many regulations have become effective for establishment of a common public administration policy according to the present enlargement policy of EU. This structure, which is referred as European Administrative Space in the literature, includes a particular set of strategic tools and opinions. This study involves evaluation of EU expansion policies under the scope of SIGMA Program and European Administrative Space.
