COVID 19 salgınında sağlık çalışmalarına katılımda halkın gönüllülük düzeyini belirleme: Gümüşhane ili örneği

Covid 19 salgını bütün dünyayı etkisi alına alarak insanları, toplumu, ekonomiyi ve sosyal hayatı olumsuz etkilemiştir. Özellikle Covid 19 salgınında görev alan birçok meslek grubu salgından diğer insanlara ve meslek çalışanlarına daha fazla etkilenmiştir. Yüksek vaka ve ölüm sayıları nedeniyle artan iş yükünden salgın ile mücadelede en büyük rolü olan sağlık çalışanları daha fazla etkilenmektedir. Bu nedenle sağlık sisteminin yetersiz kalması söz konusu olabilir. Bu çalışmanın amacı Gümüşhane'de yaşayan insanların pandemi sürecinde insan gücüne ihtiyaç durumunda gönüllülük düzeylerini ve gönüllülüklerini etkileyen faktörleri belirlemektir. Çalışmada veriler anket yöntemiyle toplanacaktır ve SPSS programı ile analiz edilecektir. Analizlerin sonuçları frekans, ortalama, standart sapma ile sunulacaktır. Ayrıca ikili gruplar arasında karşılaştırma yaparken T-testi veya Mann-Whitney U testi kullanılacaktır ve ikiden fazla gruplar arasında karşılaştırma yapılırken ANOVA veya Kruskal_Wallis H testi kullanılacaktır. Bu çalışma salgın hastalıklar ile mücadele etmek için halkın hazırlık ve müdahale çalışmalarına daha fazla katılımını sağlayacak politikaların oluşturulması için yöneticilere fikir verecektir.

The Covid 19 outbreak has affected the whole world, negatively affecting people, society, economy and social life. Especially many professions involved in the Covid 19 outbreak were more affected by the outbreak to other people and professionals. Health workers, who have the biggest role in combating the epidemic, are more affected by the increased workload due to the high number of cases and deaths. For this reason, the health system may be insufficient. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors affecting the volunteering levels and volunteering of the people living in Gümüşhane in case of need for human power during the pandemic process. In the study, the data will be collected by questionnaire method and analyzed with SPSS program. The results of the analyzes will be presented with frequency, mean, standard deviation. In addition, T-test or Mann-Whitney U test will be used when comparing pairs between groups, and ANOVA or Kruskal_Wallis H test will be used when comparing more than two groups. This study will give an idea to the managers for the establishment of policies that will increase the participation of the public in preparedness and response efforts to combat epidemics.
