However, when we look at the development process of the EU, it is seen that this change and the transformation continue in the context of the requirements and the process continues dynamically. In this context, this study includes other studies discussing the developments of the EU in different policy spaces. In these studies, it has been examined whether EU policies have an impact on national structures, practices and actors and if there is, how and under what conditions this has become clear.
