In this work, we dealt with the vigilance as a human upbringing system in the Qur'an. Our work consists of three parts. In the first part, we produced God's vigilance over the servants from the sky to ground through His names/attributes that mean vigilance. In the second part, we treated servant's vigilance over God from the ground to the sky as part of some consepts. In the last part, vigilance's function as a human upbringing system was searched.

One of the dominant subjects of Quranic sciences, Muteshabihu'l Quran is presented in a different approach and classification in this study. The approach contains a classification which will help us to see unity. The data having no practical value and not helping us understand Quran or use related information in terms of methodology will not take place in the classification while muteshabihat (ambiguity) and some new information will be involved. On the other hand, this triple classification is a practical one which will help us put historical information and discussions into place. In the classification, Muteshabihu'l Quran will be analyzed under three main titles as follow: 1. Literal similarity, 2. Muteshabihat (ambiguity) discussed within the context of the verse 3/7 in Al-i Imran (Surah), and 3. Muteshabihat formed within the scope of the attributes of Allah. In the study, some overlooked approaches will be brought to the attention of readers, and some efforts will be made for linguistic, historical and socio-cultural understanding of the subject.

In this study it was processed that the Hazrat Prophet's revelation and the revelation's main principles, how they are set an example in all area of the life by discussing with general classification. Thus, the subject tried to be based in terms of epistemic perspective. This foundation, in the society where Hazrat Prophet lived, without granting to the case with all dimensions, is concrete models crossing the case revealing direction of revelation. These models consisting of believes about conviction, practical, moral, political and social virtues concretized himself in a position without diseppearing in the horizon of humanity. In this sense, the revolution, which Quran fulfilled, can be said that entirely happened through his close relatives. The word of construction which was mentioned in the title of the study was not used in the mean of construction of the absent, but it was used in the mean of developmentand reform, meeting some on ewith his creation in all areas. As method, verses consisting of concrete models were determined in the verses descended in Madina and classificated under some titles. About verses and groups of verses was given information just fore liminating obliqueness, it was not detailed. Int his way, it was searched finding possibilities of an approachto be foundation for interpreting and a rising point. Our study has not an aim of explaining the history of spreading Quran must be taken into consideration.

In this article, has been investigated that - The meaning of the the word 'al-Kutub = The Books' which is frequently repeated in the first sources of Islamic literature - Developping of this concept during to the historical process from the pre-Islamic period till the end of the fourth century (AH) and replacing with 'Israiliyat' - Sentence patterns and their general contents of the transmitters from The Books - The first person who used the concept of Israiliyat is Vahb b. Munabbih, not Masoode as confirmed into some previous studies.

Muharrem Afandi az-Zili a respected scholar of the Ottoman State who lived in X./XVI. century. In addition to being murshid of the order of Halvatiyya is a good jurist and linguist. His enlightening books which he wrote in Arabic and Turkish are very valuable works. He was born in Tokat/Zile and died there. His book titled Hadeyyatus-suluk is a commentary of Tohfetu'l-muluk that is written by Zaynuddin ar-Razi. This book is about furu-i fiqh and based on Hanafi sect ijtihads, but it mentions views of the other sects. The book consists of ten chapters an mainly covers the issues of worship. At the same time it says the provisions by their reasons and evidences.

Khurasan province, considering its geopolitical position and great importance was held under the control of various authorities throughout the history. No doubt the Turkish states are among they too. The region which met with the Turkish culture thanks to Ghaznavids became later a Turkish country in every regard in the period of Saljuqids. The Turcomans which were brought to Khurasan by the famous ruler of Ghaznavid State, Mahmud, succeeded to emerge as a political authority. A progress has been in all areas in Khurasan During period of Saljuqids. These progresses set a good example for other states. Particularly in cultural meaning, Khurasan's cultural heritage offered benefits for masses in the extension of a vaste geography. On the other hand some applications on religious and social life of Great Saljuqids upon the managed class (tab'a) have also affected people in the region and left deep traces on geographies. Examination of these implementations will contribute great to the understanding of the social structure of the geography of Khurasan in the period of Saljuqids. In this context, we want to touch upon some applications on religious and social life of Great Saljuqids upon the people and their effects.

This study deals with the verse 26-30th of the sure al-Qiyamah with a new view in the light of contemporary researches. In the introduction of the study, it was given general informations about subject. In addition, it was emphasized on the feeling of immortality that every human being has. Before founding the subject, we explained the field meaning of death term. In the founding of subject, first, we put in order the stages of death that was presented in the contemporary researches. These stages have two dimention; the stages that use the dying people and the relatives of deads. Second, in the light of determinations that was presented in these researches, we brought a new dimention to the verses 26-30th of the sure al-Qiyamah.
