The aim of this study is to analyse whether there is a causality relationship among poverty, unemployment, and economic growth both in Turkey and at scale for Nuts 1 regions between 2006 and 2018 using panel data method. The Fischer causality test findings of the study show that there is a unilateral causality relationship from poverty to economic growth while there is a bilateral causality relationship between poverty and unemployment and while there is a bilateral causality relationship between unemployment and economic growth. It was observed that there is a unilateral causality relationship from economic growth to poverty rate in Nuts 1 regions of the Mediterranean, Eastern Anatolia and South-eastern Anatolia. The unemployment and poverty rates influence each other bilaterally in Istanbul and in South-eastern Anatolia Nuts 1 region. Economic growth and unemployment rate are in a bilateral influence condition in Nuts 1 of North-eastern Anatolia. The causality relationship among variables does not show differences in terms of other Nuts 1 regions. The findings of the study show that, economic development as well as policy precautions aiming the increase of welfare level of those suffering from poverty and from unemployment are inevitable for developing countries point of view during a sustainable development attempt.

In today’s working environment, individuals exhibit various attitudes towards their jobs. These individuals working in the workplace can have different personality characteristics as well as different decision making styles. In previous studies, these issues were examined in a different way. In this study, which is applied to 404 employees in total, the positive results of the attitudes of the individuals working in the private sector have positive effects on their personalities. In addition, it is understood that the personality traits of the employees have positive and significant effects on the decision-making styles in general. However, in practice, the effect of employees on neuroticism (emotional imbalance) is less than other personality traits (extraversion, responsibility, compliance, openness to experience), but the employees finally find that there is little concern and stress. In terms of decision-making styles, only dependent decision-making styles of employees revealed a negative and significant relationship. In the other four variables (sudden, rational, intuitive, timid) positive and meaningful relationships are obtained. As a result, literature will be made to earn different perspectives.

Bu araştırmanın amacı Erzincan’da faaliyet gösteren turizm işletme yöneticilerininErzincan turizmi hakkındaki görüşlerinin belirlenmesidir. Bu amaçla5 seyahat acentası ve 5 otel işletmesi yöneticisi ile görüşme gerçekleştirilmiştir.Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır.Görüşme metinleri içerik analiz yöntemi ile kategorileştirilerek, analizedilmiştir. Katılımcılara turizm bağlamında iletilen sorular; turizmin Erzincanekonomisindeki yeri, öncelikli turizm alanları, turizm arzının yeterliliği, Erzincanilindeki alternatif turizm potansiyeli ve geliştirilmesi gereken turistik ürünler kapsamındadır.Araştırma sonuçlarına göre Erzincan’da turizm bilinci eksikliği, konaklamaarz olanaklarının yetersizliği, seyahat acentalarının paket tur oluşturamaması,ilde yeterli sayıda turist rehberinin bulunmaması, turistik ürünlerin (Tulum peyniri, Erzincan leblebisi, Ergan Dağı, Kemaliye evleri) markalaşamaması gibisorun alanları bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca katılımcılar bu sorun alanlarına rağmen Erzincan’dadoğa sporları turizmi (rafting, yamaç paraşütü vb.) , kış turizmi (ErganDağı), gastronomi turizmi (Cimin üzümü, Erzincan leblebisi, Tulum peyniri), elsanatları (bakırcılık), inanç turizmi (Terzibaba, Sultan Melik Türbesi) konularındagüçlü turizm potansiyelinin bulunduğunu belirtmişlerdir.

In today’s information age, consumers spend most of their time on the internet. Consumers expanded their online shopping volumes and increased their demand for ready-to-wear products. In this respect, the students who are stud-ying at the university in practice; attitudes towards internet advertisements (GAI), information sharing (CIS), motivations (CM), information production (CIP) and purchasing decisions (CPD) were examined. In the previous studies, these variab-les were generally applied to different fields under different headings. In the study, these variables were examined as a whole. The results of the study; It is concluded that there is a negative and significant relationship between consumers’ attitudes towards internet advertisements and information sharing, and between informati-on sharing and purchasing decisions. The results showed that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between the attitudes and motivations of consumers towards internet advertisements, and their motivations and purchasing decisi-ons. Also, it was concluded that there was a negative and significant relationship between consumer attitudes towards advertising and information production, and between information production and purchasing decisions. With these results, it is aimed to gain new perspectives to the literature.
