The subject of the study consists of the life of Ahmed Pasha, who served as the governor in Baghdad between 1692-1694, and the translation and evaluation of his inheritance book. Inheritance notebooks, which are among the historical documents of the Ottoman Empire and have an important position, enable to enlighten the socio-economic structure of the period. At the same time, inheritance notebooks belonging to these people are of great importance in terms of biography studies, as they provide information about the wealth of the individuals they belong to. The aim of the study is to contribute to the scientific studies on the economic and social life of the Ottoman Empire in the 17th century. Presidency of State Archives BOA in the Ottoman Archives D.BSM. MHF. d., 12374, BOA, D.BSM. MHF. d., 12375 and BOA, D.BSM. MHF. d., 12377 registered with the numbers three separate notebooks belonging to Ahmed Pasha were translated and evaluated. This article consists of three parts: Introduction, Life of Ahmed Pasha and Inheritance of Ahmed Pasha. Based on his belongings recorded in the book, it was tried to determine the value of the wealth of an Ottoman pasha who fulfilled his duty as a governor in Baghdad in the last quarter of the 17th century. Depending on the findings determined, inferences were made about the status, tastes, preferences, in short, his social life of Pasha. Thus, besides the daily life belongings of a governor serving in the Ottoman state, a panorama of the books he read, the variety of his wealth, his clothing, household items and furnishings and war equipment is presented.

Turkmen Turkic is in the south-west branch of the Turkic language family. Gagauz and Turkey Turkish constitute the western branch of the south-western Turkic while Azerbaijan and Turkmen Turkic constitute the eastern branch. The Turkmen Turks, which were under the rule of the Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics from 1884 to 1991, gained their independence in 1991 with the dissolution of the Soviet Union. In Turkmenistan, which was under the rule of the Soviet Union for a while, the influence of Russian Turcology on the language studies on Turkmen Turkic is in question. Therefore, some grammar topics in Turkmen Turkic are dealt in a different way from Turkey Turkish. The density of Turkish words is prominent in the formation of grammatical terms in Turkmen Turkic. Because grammar studies have been dealt according to Russian Turcology for a long time, some of the terms have been taken especially from Russian and and these terms have been used like this for a long time. In this study, around 760 grammatical terms in Turkmen Turkic were determined. For the determination of these terms, dictionaries and grammar works prepared on Turkmen Turkic were used. The works that are used in this study are given in the bibliography.

Türkmen Türkçesi, Türk dili ailesinin Güney-Batı kolunda yer alır. Güney-Batı Türkçesininbatı kollarını Gagavuz ve Türkiye Türkçeleri teşkil ederken Azerbaycan ve Türkmen Türkçeleri isedoğu kollarını teşkil eder. 1884’ten 1991’e kadar Sovyet Sosyalist Cumhuriyetler Birliği’ninbağımsızlığı altında kalan Türkmen Türkleri 1991’de Sovyetler Birliği’nin dağılmasıylabağımsızlığına kavuşmuştur. Bir süre Sovyetler Birliği’nin bağımsızlığı altında kalanTürkmenistan’da Türkmen Türkçesi üzerine yapılan dil incelemelerinde Rus Türkoloji çalışmalarınınetkisi söz konusudur. Bu nedenle Türkmen Türkçesinde bazı gramer konularının TürkiyeTürkçesindeki incelenme yönteminden farklı ele alındığı görülür. Türkmen Türkçesinde gramerterimlerinin oluşumunda Türkçe sözcüklerin yoğunluğu göze çarpar. Gramer çalışmaları uzunca birsüre Rus Türkoloji çalışmalarına göre ele alındığı için Türkmen Türkçesinde kullanılan terimlerin birkısmı Rusçadan alınmış ve uzun zaman böyle kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışmada Türkmen Türkçesinde 760civarında gramer terimi tespit edilmiştir. Bu terimlerin tespiti için Türkmen Türkçesi üzerinehazırlanan sözlüklerden ve gramerlerden istifade edilmiştir. Bireyin tutum ve davranışları içinde bulunduğu koşullara bağlı olarak farklılık göstermektedir. Sebep ve sonuçları bakımından belirgin bir ortamda, bireyin tutum ve davranışlarının rasyonel yönü ağır basmaktadır. Dolayısıyla olumlayan bir bakış, bireyin tutum ve davranışlarına egemen olmaktadır. Ancak sebep ve sonuçları bakımından belirsizliğin arttığı durumda, belirsizlikten kaçınabilmek için bireyin tutum ve davranışlarındaki radikal eğilim artmaktadır. Bu durum toplumsal bir sorunun çözümünde tarafların birbirinden uzaklaşmasına neden olmaktadır. Bu çalışma Cumhuriyetin kuruluşundan bugüne Türkiye'deki en önemli sorunlardan biri olan Kürt sorununun çözümü için başlatılan ,çözüm süreci' ile ilgili oluşan algı türlerini ve bu algı türlerinin ,çözüm süreci'nin geleceğine olan etkilerini ele almaktadır. Bu amaçla çözüm süreci ile ilgili farklı yaklaşımların egemen olduğu Gümüşhane ve Şırnak'ta bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Araştırmada basit tesadüfi örneklem yöntemi ile Şırnak'ta 300, Gümüşhane'de 250 kişi ile yüz-yüze görüşülmüştür. Çözüm süreci ile ilgili beş algı türünün ortaya konduğu çalışmada, çözüm süreci hakkında olumlayıcı bir bakışa sahip olanların çözüm sürecinin devamından yana olduğu, bu konuda daha ileri adımların atılması gerektiği görüşüne sahip oldukları sonucuna varılmıştır. Buna karşın çözüm süreci ile ilgili endişe ya da olumsuz bir algıya sahip olanların ise, Kürt sorununun çözümü için daha sert ve katı eylemleri önerdikleri görülmüştür. Dolayısıyla belirsizliğin hakim olduğu algı türlerinde çözüm süreci ile ilgili tutumlarda daha radikal bir eğilim gözlenmiştir.

An individual's attitudes and behaviours differ depending upon the circumstances in which it is located. In a significant environment in terms of cause and effect, the rational aspects of an individual's attitudes and behaviours dominate. Therefore, an affirmative perspective has control over the individual's attitudes and behaviours. But in the case of increased uncertainty in terms of cause and effect, radical tendency in an individual's attitudes and behaviours are increasing to avoid uncertainty. This case causes the parties diverging from each other in the matter of solutions for social problems. This study deals with the perception types related to the 'solution process 'that has been initiated for the solution of Kurdish issue in Turkey which is one of the most important problem since the foundation of Republic and the effects of these perception types on the future of solution process. For his purpose, a research has been carried out in Gumushane and Sirnak where different approaches are prevailing about the solution process. In the study with the simple random sampling method, 300 people in Sirnak and 250 people in Gumushane were included with face to face interview. The study, in which five types of perception about the solution process have been revealed, has concluded that those who have an affirmative perspective about the solution process support the continuation of this process and taking further steps about the issue. However, it is clearly seen that those who have concerns or negative perceptions regarding the solution process propose harder and strict actions related to the solution of Kurdish issue. Therefore, in perception types dominated by uncertainty, more radical tendency has been observed in the attitudes about the solution process.
