The mean total score for teamwork attitudes was (3.27±0.80), while the mean total score for job performance was 3.25 (SD=0.82). A strong positive correlation was found between teamwork attitudes and job performance (r = 0.764; p < 0.001). A strong positive correlation was found between teamwork attitudes and job performance, with the former accounting for 58.4% of the variance in the latter. Conclusion: This study found that nurses working in a city hospital exhibited moderate attitudes toward teamwork and moderate job performance, and that these two measures were strongly positively correlated.
