Üyesi Sunay GüngörToplumsal cinsiyet algısı, bireylerin kadın ve erkek rollerine dair geliştirdikleri inanç, tutum ve beklentileri içermektedir. Bu algılar, bireylerin hem sosyal yaşamdaki ilişkilerini hem de aile içi dinamiklerini önemli ölçüde şekillendirmektedir. Özellikle evlilik ilişkilerinde, kadın ve erkeğe atfedilen rollerin kalıplaşmış biçimde algılanması, zaman zaman eşitsizlik ve çatışmaların temelini oluşturabilmektedir. Bu bağlamda bu çalışma evli bireylerin toplumsal cinsiyet algılarını incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmada bu algıların korumacı ve düşmanca cinsiyetçilik tutumları ile kadına yönelik şiddet davranışlarıyla olan ilişkisi nicel araştırma yönteminde ele alınmıştır. Bu çalışma Erzincan ilinde yaşayan 404 evli kadın ile yapılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında demografik bilgi formu, toplumsal cinsiyet algısı ölçeği, çelişik duygulu cinsiyet ölçeği ve kadına yönelik eş şiddet ölçeği kullanılmış olup araştırma çerçevesinde kullanılan veriler SPSS paket programında çözümlenmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında evli kadın bireylerin konu ile alakalı ilgi ve tutumları araştırılıp değerlendirilmiştir. Bu çalışmadan elde edilen veri ve sonuçların toplumsal cinsiyet eşitsizliğine ve kadına yönelik şiddet sorununa ışık tutmaktır. Bu çalışma, bu konudaki mevcut bilgiye katkıda bulunmayı hedeflerken toplumun bu tür davranışlarının önlenmesine yönelik daha iyi bilgilendirilmesine yardımcı olmaya katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.Gender perception includes the beliefs, attitudes and expectations that individuals develop about the roles of women and men. These perceptions significantly shape both the relationships of individuals in social life and the dynamics within the family. Especially in marital relationships, the stereotypical perception of the roles attributed to men and women can sometimes form the basis of inequality and conflict. In this context, this study aims to examine the gender perceptions of married individuals. In the study, the relationship between these perceptions and protective and hostile sexism attitudes and violence against women behaviors were examined in a quantitative research method. This study was conducted with 404 married women living in Erzincan province. Within the scope of the study, demographic information form, gender perception scale, conflicting emotional gender scale and spousal violence against women scale were used and the data used in the research were analyzed in SPSS package program. Within the scope of the study, the interests and attitudes of married women individuals on the subject were investigated and evaluated. The data and results obtained from this study are intended to shed light on the problem of gender inequality and violence against women.
