Bu çalışma etik değerler ile öz disiplinin bağımsız faktörler olarak değerlendirilemeyeceğini, aksine birbirini tamamlayan ve güçlendiren iki kavram olarak ele alınabileceğini göstermektedi</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="en">Health management students go through an educational process that aims to gain professional competence by acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills in the management and planning of health institutions. This is a period in which important skills such as adaptation to working conditions, disciplined work and self-discipline development are observed. Self-discipline enables students to perform their tasks effectively and on time and contributes to the positive reflection of these skills on their professional lives. Ethical values, on the other hand, enable students to choose between right and wrong, respect social rules and understand how these values affect their educational lives. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between ethical values and self-discipline perceptions of Gümüşhane University health management students. In the study, the mutual relationships between ethical values and self-discipline perceptions of health management students will be analyzed with quantitative research methods. Participants will provide data on ethical values and self-discipline perceptions through questionnaires and these data will be analyzed using statistical methods. The findings of the study aim to reveal whether there is a significant relationship between ethical values and self-discipline perceptions of health management students and how these two concepts affect each other. In addition, these findings aim to contribute to the improvement of health management education programs and to provide concrete suggestions for increasing students' ethical values and self-discipline levels. T-test, ANOVA and correlation analysis methods will be used in the analysis of the study. The results of the study are expected to reveal a significant relationship between self-discipline and ethical values. This study shows that ethical values and self-discipline cannot be considered as independent factors, but rather as two concepts that complement and strengthen each other.</dc:description><dc:publisher>Gümüşhane University</dc:publisher><dc:date>2025</dc:date><dc:type>Master Thesis</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/gumushane/21779</dc:identifier><dc:language>tr</dc:language><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesis</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://gumushane-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/gumushane/21779</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
