Mecmualar, genellikle derleyicinin zevkine göre oluşturulan, farklı şairlere ait şiirlerin toplandığı yazmalardır. Derleyici ve derleme tarihi çoğunlukla bilinmez; buna rağmen mecmualar, dönemin edebî beğenisini yansıtması açısından oldukça değerlidir. Sadece tanınmış şairler ve onların şiirlerini değil, tezkirelerde ve edebiyat tarihlerinde adı geçmeyen isimlere ve onların eserlerini de içinde barındıran mecmualar bu yönüyle Türk edebiyatı tarihi açısından divanlar ve tezkirelerle birlikte en kıymetli kaynaklar arasında kendilerine yer bulurlar. Bu çalışmada, İstanbul Üniversitesi Nadir Eserler Kütüphanesi'nde nekty01532 numarayla kayıtlı Mecmua-i Eş'ar isimli mecmuanın (1b-80b) kısmı incelenmiştir. Çalışmamız üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde; mecmuanın tanıtımı yapılmıştır. Bu bölümde mecmuanın tavsifi, genel ve fiziki özellikleri, mecmuanın barındırdığı şiirlerin hangi şairlere ait olduğu ve şairlerin hangi yüzyıl aralığında yaşadıkları tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. İkinci bölümde; MESTAP tablosuna yer verilmiş olup mecmua içerisinde yer alan şairler ve şiirleri (MESTAP) tablosuna uygun olarak düzenlenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise çeviriyazılı metnine yer verilmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Klasik Türk edebiyatı, Mecmua, MESTAP, Şair, Şiir.SUMMARY Poetry anthologies, one of the significant sources of Classical Turkish literature, play a crucial role in the identification and evaluation of literary texts. These anthologies are handwritten collections of poems by various poets, generally compiled according to the taste of the compiler. Although the compiler and the date of compilation are often unknown, anthologies are highly valuable in reflecting the literary preferences of their time. Anthologies not only include poems by well-known poets, but also contain works by names that are not mentioned in biographical dictionaries (tezkires) or literary histories. In this respect, they hold an important place among the most valuable sources for the history of Turkish literature, following tezkires and divans. In this study, the poetry anthology titled Mecmua-i Eşʿâr, registered under the number NEKTY01532 at the Rare Books Library of Istanbul University (folios 1b–80b), has been examined. Our study consists of three sections. In the first section, the anthology is introduced. This part includes a description of the anthology, its general and physical characteristics, the time period of the poems it contains, and information about the poets represented in it. In the second section, a MESTAP table is provided. This table has been prepared in accordance with the Systematic Classification Project of Anthologies (MESTAP), which aims to make a detailed classification and inventory of all anthologies, including both poetry anthologies and cönks. The third section presents the Latin transcription of the text using the transcription alphabet.
