Bu araştırma Ankara il merkezinde kamu veya özel sektörde görev yapan toplamda 147 personel ile yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada demografik ve mesleki bilgi formu, bilişsel esneklik envanteri, mesleki doyum ölçeği ve problem çözme envanteri kullanılmış olup araştırma verileri IBM SPSS Statistics Subscription paket programında çözümlenmiştir. Demografik ve mesleki bilgi formundaki değişkenlere göre sosyal hizmet uzmanlarının, bilişsel esneklik ve problem çözme becerisinin mesleki doyum üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmadan elde edilen veri ve sonuçlarının sosyal hizmet alan yazına, sosyal hizmet alanında çalışan meslek elemanlarına ve araştırmacılara katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.This research, which examines the effect of cognitive flexibility and problemsolving skills on professional satisfaction in social workers, was designed according to quantitative design. This research was carried out with a total of 147 personnel working in the public or private sector in the city center of Ankara. In the research, demographic and occupational information form, cognitive flexibility inventory, occupational satisfaction scale and problem solving inventory were used and the research data were analyzed in the IBM SPSS Statistics Subscription package program. The effect of social workers' cognitive flexibility and problem-solving skills on professional satisfaction was examined according to the variables in the demographic and occupational information form.
