Çalışmada utaut 2 modeli değişkenleri ile elektronik para test edilmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında verilerimiz online ortamda anketle 600 katılımcı ile elde edilmiştir. Ölçeklerin güvenirliği için ise Cronbach Alfa Katsayısı analizinden faydalanılmıştır. Ölçeklerin geçerliliğinde ise birinci düzey doğrulayıcı faktör analizinden yararlanılmıştır. Hipotezler ise yapısal eşitlik analizi ile test edilmişlerdir. Çalışmamın sonucunda ise, elektronik para kullanıcılarının performans, Hedonik motivasyon, fiyat değeri, alışkanlık, güven değişkenlerinin davranışsal niyet üzerinde olumlu etkisinin olduğu. Sosyal etki ile kaygı değişkeninin olumlu ancak negatif yönde etkisinin olduğu. Sosyal etki, kolaylaştırıcı koşulların davranışsal niyet üzerinde ve kolaylaştırıcı koşullar ile alışkanlığın kullanım davranışına etki etmediği sonucuna varılmıştır.The goal of the study is to identify factors that affect the use of electronic money, analyze the benefits to users, and measure their levels of information. The study tested electronic currency with tehe utaut 2 model variables. Our data is available online with 600 resp ondents surveyed. For the reliability of the scales, the Cronbach Alfa Coefficient was used for analysis. Hypotheses have been tested with structural equilibrium analysis As a result of my study, it was concluded that electronic money users' performance, hedonic, price value, habit, trust variables have a positive affect on behavioral intention. The social impact is tahat the anxiety variable has a positive but negative effect.
