Zaman serisi analizi ise zamanla gözlemlenen bu verilerin geçmiş değerlerini kullanarak gelecek değerlerini tahmin etme sürecidir. Zaman serileri genellikle belirsizlik içerir. Bu belirsizlik istatiksel belirsizlik ve istatiksel olmayan belirsizlik olarak ikiye ayrılır. İstatiksel olmayan belirsizlik bulanık küme teorisi kullanılarak, istatiksel belirsizlik ise olasılık teorisi kullanılarak modellenir. Zaman serilerinin hem istatiksel hem de istatiksel olmayan belirsizliklerini temsil etmek için olasılık ve neutrosophic küme kavramlarının aynı anda kullanılması tahmin modelinin doğruluğu artırmaktadır. Bu tezde zaman serisi verilerindeki hem istatiksel belirsizliği hem de istatiksel olmayan belirsizliği ele almak için yeni bir olasılıksal neutrosophic zaman serisi tahmin modeli geliştirilmiştir. Geliştirilen bu model üç farklı örnek üzerinde uygulanmış ve literatürdeki mevcut modellerin sonuçları ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Önerilen model ile elde edilen değerlerin diğer modellere göre gerçek değerlere daha yakın olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.Time series are the result of an observation measured at specific time intervals. Time series analysis is the process of estimating the future values of these data observed over time using the past values. Time series often contain many uncertainties. This uncertainty is divided into statistical uncertainty and non-statistical uncertainty. Non-statistical uncertainty is modeled with fuzzy set theory, and statistical uncertainty is modeled using probability theory. The simultaneous use of probability and neutrosophic set concepts to represent both statistical and non-statistical uncertainties of time series increases the accuracy of the prediction model. In this thesis, a new probabilistic neutrosophic time series prediction model is developed to handle both statistical uncertainty and non-statistical uncertainty in time series data. This developed model was applied on three different samples and compared with the results of existing models in the literature.
