Dr. Afşin Ahmet KayaYapılan tez kapsamında, Bakır (II), Nikel (II), Kobalt (II) ve Çinko (II) Furan-2-karboksilatların, Nikotinamit (NA) ile dört yeni kompleksi sentezlenmiştir. Bu bileşikler; Tetraakuabis (piridin-3-karboksamid-κN) Bakır (II) furan-2-karboksilat (I), Tetraakuabis (piridin-3-karboksamid-κN) Nikel (II) furan-2-karboksilat (II), Tetraakuabis (piridin-3-karboksamid-κN) Kobalt (II) furan-2-karboksilat (III), Tetraakuabis (piridin-3-karboksamid-κN) Çinko (II) furan-2-karboksilat (IV) olarak sentezlenmiştir. Sentezlenen bileşiklerin yapıları spektroskopik yöntemler ile aydınlatıldı. B grubu geçiş metal komplekslerinin yapı tayinleri için tek kristal X-Işını kristalografisi, Infrared (IR) Spektroskopisi, elemental analiz, kütle spektroskopisi ve UV-VIS spektrofotometresi gibi yöntemler kullanıldı. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre koordinasyon bileşiğini oluşturan merkezinde metal atomu bulunan yapıdaki diğer atomların bağlanma şekilleri, bağ açıları ve bileşiğin yapısı karakterize edildi. Sentezlenen metal komplekslerinin yapısında bulunan nikotinamit ligantından dolayı enzim ve biyoaktivite bakımından alandaki çalışmalara katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.Within the scope of the thesis, four new complexes of Copper (II), Nickel (II), Cobalt (II) and Zinc (II) Furan-2-carboxylates with Nicotinamide (NA) will be synthesized. These compounds; Tetraaquabis (pyridine-3-carboxamide-κN) Copper (II) furan-2-carboxylate (I), Tetraaquabis (pyridine-3-carboxamide-κN) Nickel (II) furan-2-carboxylate (II), Tetraaquabis (pyridine-It was synthesized as 3-carboxamide-κN) Cobalt (II) furan-2-carboxylate (III), Tetraaquabis (pyridine-3-carboxamide-κN) Zinc (II) furan-2-carboxylate (IV). The structures of the synthesized compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. Methods such as single crystal X-Işını crystallography, Infrared (IR) Spectroscopy, elemental analysis, mass spectroscopy and UV-VIS spectrophotometer were used for the structure determination of group B transition metal complexes. According to the results obtained, the bonding patterns, bond angles and structure of the other atoms in the structure with a metal atom in the center of the coordination compound were characterized.
