Gümüştuğ antimonit cevherleşme sahasında, Geç Kretase yaşlı sedimanter kayaç arakatkılı andezit, bazalt, piroklastlar ve bu kayaçlara sokulum yapmış Eosen yaşlı diyorit, kuvars diyorit, kuvars monzodiyorit bileşimli intrüzif kayaçlar yüzeylenmektedir. Sahada, granitik genç intrüzif kayaçlar ve bu kayaçların sokulum yaptığı yankayaçlarda hidrotermal damar tipte gelişmiş antimonit cevherleşmesi mevcuttur.The aim of the thesis is to determine the antimonite mineralization of Gümüştuğ within the borders of Torul District of Gümüşhane; geology, mineralogical properties of soil geochemistry. In the Gümüştuğ antimonite mineralization area, Late Cretaceous sedimentary rock intercalated andesite, basalt, pyroclasts and intrusive rocks of Eocene diorite, quartz diorite, quartz monzodiorite intruded into these rocks are exposed.
