Otomatik Katılım Sistemi ile kamu ve özel sektörde çalışan 45 yaş altındaki tüm çalışanlar kademeli olarak sisteme dâhil edilmiş ve edilmektedir. Bu çalışmada kamu personellerinin finansal okuryazarlık düzeyini ölçen ve bu doğrultuda yeni bir sistem olan Otomatik Katılım Sistemi'nde kamu personellerinin sistemde kalma ve sistemden ayrılma eğilimleri anket yöntemi ile belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır.Automatic Participants System passed to preerve income level in active term of individuals and domestic saving proportions increase as of the date of 01.01.2017 with together Individual Retirement System that begin yo practicein 2001, in Turkey.
