The obtained quadratic models explained more than 90% variability in the responses. The infusion temperature showed significant negative effect on the sensorial properties whereas it had significant positive effect on the total phenolic content and antioxidant capacity (p&lt;0.05). Moreover, the infusion time showed significant negative effects (p&lt;0.05) on the responses. The best combination of brewing conditions was determined as 75-80 degrees C and 2-4 min.</dc:description><dc:publisher>KAHRAMANMARAS SUTCU IMAM UNIV REKTORLUGU</dc:publisher><dc:date>2022</dc:date><dc:type>Article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/gumushane/20442</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>https://doi.org/10.18016/ksutarimdoga.vi.1013183</dc:identifier><dc:language>en</dc:language><dc:relation>KSU TARIM VE DOGA DERGISI-KSU JOURNAL OF AGRICULTURE AND NATURE</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://gumushane-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/gumushane/20442</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
