The data are taken from the OECD and Eurostat databases. According to the efficiency scores obtained through Data Envelopment Analysis, the relationship between the variables in the health system performance model was evaluated with Tobit Regression analysis. Furthermore efficiency ordering of health systems determined in help of super efficiency model. EMS and EViews programs were used to analyze the data. In 2011-2019, the health systems of OECD and EU member countries Greece, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Estonia were determined to be effective at the performance level according to Data Envelopment Analysis. It has been determined that the Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, and Austria health systems are not effective at the performance level in three scale types. According to Tobit Regression analysis, it was determined that only life expectancy at birth was effective on health system performance among the variables in the OECD health system performance measurement approach.</dc:description><dc:date>2024</dc:date><dc:type>Article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/gumushane/19871</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>https://doi.org/10.18074/ckuiibfd.1439674</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>1308-5549</dc:identifier><dc:language>tr</dc:language><dc:relation>Çankırı Karatekin Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi Dergisi</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://gumushane-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/gumushane/19871</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
