The study employs a quantitative research design and is conducted in accordance with the relational survey model. The study group comprises students attending the Faculty of Theology at Gümüşhane University during the 2023-2024 academic year. The personal information form devised by the researcher and the Moral Integrity Scale, which was adapted into Turkish by Okan and Ekşi (2020), along with the Moral Identity Scale developed by Kürüm and Ekşi (2022), were employed as the instruments for data collection. The findings of the research indicated that the mean scores of moral identity and moral integrity for the theology students were at a high level. The results indicated a positive and moderate relationship between moral identity and moral integrity, and it was concluded that moral identity was a significant predictor of moral integrity. Considering the findings, it is recommended that character education be incorporated into the curricula of theological faculties on a systematic basis.</dc:description><dc:date>2025</dc:date><dc:type>Article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/gumushane/19683</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>https://doi.org/10.53683/gifad.1538550</dc:identifier><dc:language>tr</dc:language><dc:relation>GÜMÜŞHANE ÜNİVERSİTESİ İLAHİYAT FAKÜLTESİ DERGİSİ</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://gumushane-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/gumushane/19683</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
