In this study, the determinants of public health expenditures efficiency investigated for BRICS countries the period of 2000-2013. Accordingly, in order to determine the efficiency of public health expenditures, data envelopment analysis (DEA) used then economic and corporate factors, which determine the efficiency of public health expenditures examined with Logit and Tobit estimation technique.
