The Covid-19 pandemic has been a very important test on how industrial relations actors manage this process. The way governments, international and regional organizations, international and national enterprises, and national unions use the social dialogue mechanism to meet the problems in the labor market and what attitude they exhibit is closely related to the industrial relations climate.
