At this point, the effective use of hospital resources, the determination of inefficient hospitals and the monitoring of the waste of resources and taking measures are extremely important in terms of individual and public health. In this study, effectiveness analyzes of state hospitals in the Black Sea Region were carried out with the Data Envelopment Analysis method. There are 124 hospitals in the relevant region. 5 inputs and 6 outputs were used for the analysis.
